The setting here is quiet and ideal, just 2 miles away from the Ice Palace of Andorra.

We liked everything, from start to end. The owners/staff are very friendly. The food (diner and brreakfast) served in the restaurant was very good. Only issue we had was with the wireless internet. We couldn't get it to work on our laptop so this is the only negative of our stay here. It's a great hotel and it's located about a 10 minute drive from La Vella. If booked in the high season make sure you also reserve a parking space inside the building. Parking is tight for larger cars but not impossible.

Everything was great, so no complaints.

The hotel is just north of the capital city, Andorra La Vella, and quite easy to get to as it's just off one of the main roads (the CG-2). It's in a small town, and apart from the impressive church and a bar/souvenir shop over the road there's not a lot to do for families, but it's great for relaxing and well situated for all the major towns, ski resorts or just exploring. The hotel itself is excellent value for money and the staff in particular are very polite and professional.

I didn't think the food was as good as some of the other reviewers have stated. It was a bit hit-and-miss: some dishes were delicious, while others were a bit bland but palatable all the same.

The breakfast was astonishing with a half baguette, croissant plus coffee, had everything you could want. The location was peaceful and the free parking was on-site...

L'Ermita B&B in Canillo was the perfect choice for my recent business trip, as recommended by my director. The cozy living room with a television was a great spot to relax with friends or family after a long day of work. It provided a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it easy to unwind and enjoy some quality time together.

I thoroughly enjoyed its tastefully decorated and spotless rooms.

Planned to see Canillo major attractions and it was decent base for visiting all of them. The staff were AMICABLE and attentive day and night. I ate at a good restaurant for dinner and breakfast. The bathroom was amazing & the bedroom was cozy. The location was exceptionally nice for exploring Canillo.

Friendly reception and seamless checkin. Close to all the ski lifts without being crowded, Lovely place, simple but clean and very good value for money. Dinner was home made and good wine list with nice options for kids. I would highly recommend.

When on a skiing holiday I really like to have a duvet and they only have blankets!

Comfortable twin room with a great bed 🛏️, small fridge, heating, and TV with satellite channels. the location is peaceful, and the staff is friendly and efficient.

Personnel were very welcoming.Situation excellent.Room excellent.Restaurant good but preferred the restaurant next to the car park Restaurant Borda L'era del Rossell. Make sure you have a good appetite as large portions.

The staff here really care about their guests, and the hotel is cozy and in a great spot, just a short stroll away from a valley and El Tarter. You'll also find free parking in Soldeu or Grau Roig nearby! 🚗

Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay, having read previous reviews about the food, we were not disappointed. It was excellant, and very good value for money. We would not have a problem recommending this hotel to anyone.

Nothing not to love.

Food was excellent. We stayed 3 nights and intended to try different places to eat but the food was so good and reasonably priced we ate there for the 3 nights.
